“Explore & Experience Sado Island” Registration Form

This registration form can be used from June 16 (Tue)– August 19(Wed). For the program which has reached its capacity, we can put you on the waiting list. Please call or e-mail at Sado Koryu Net (Tel. 0259-67-7995 / Email: kouryu@e-sadonet.tv) for the waiting list.

If space is still available, you may apply for courses in person at the EC Info Centre beginning 13:00 on August 20(Thu).

*After you send this email form, a confirmation email will be sent to Participant One’s email address to acknowledge receipt of your application for up to three people. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it could be due to an error in your address or network problems. In this case, please check the details again and reapply.
