Seeking Fringe Performers

We are looking for performers who would like to share their work on the Fringe stage. This year the Fringe returns to the Ogi Gymnasium. Join the inimitable experience of the Earth Celebration alongside taiko, singer/songwriters, dance, folk singers and other performers of all kinds. Please apply through the form by June 30th.

Application Guideline

Both professionals and amateurs are welcome. There is no appearance fee. Performers must cover their own expenses.

Dates and time	Aug. 21（Fri）13:00 – 17:00 Aug. 22（Sat）10:00 – 17:00 Aug. 23（Sun）10:00 – 17:00 Special Fringe Performances by invited guest artists will be scheduled during the above hours. Indicate your available performance times on the application form.
Venue	Ogi Gym（Next to former Ogi Elementary School）・There is no stage available. Please indicate your preferred performance area and stage set-up on your application form.
Presentation time	30 minutes per performer/group. Participants will have up to one hour to prepare（set-up and sound check）, perform, and clear the stage. [Standard time table] Set-up & sound check = 10 to 15 min.（Please note that audience will be watching you set up.） Performance = maximum 30 min. Clear and exit = 5 to 10 min. ・We provide a dressing room, but it has very limited space. Please be well prepared.
How to apply	Please apply from this website by filling out the Fringe application form. Applications are accepted by June 30（Mon）. After the selection and coordination process, we will get back to you with the selection result by July 25（Sat）.
