[Two-day / Overnight] Taste Hand-made Soba Noodles in the Home of the Crested Ibis, and an Overnight Stay in a Traditional Sado Home!

Sado is often called a miniature Japan; there is an abundance of foods in the daily life of Sado that don’t exist in the urban centers, and these ingredients are bursting with authentic, inimitable flavor. And the island itself is inhabited by authentic, warm people. Nibo is known as the home to the Crested Ibis. Come taste the locally made soba and experience country living on Sado first-hand. This course is perfect for those who like to “travel the way they live.”
