Accommodation
There are many varieties of accommodations available on Sado Island. We recommend you to check out www.visitsado.com, where you can easily search for accommodations by type and placement. We also recommend you to book something within the area “Minami Sado”, “Kuninaka” or “Ryotsu” area for the best accessibility to Ogi and the Earth Celebration events. There is no problem in staying outside of Ogi as long as it’s not too far from a bus stop.

Transportation on the Island
Rental cars tend to be fully booked during this season, but there are public City Busses as well as special EC Busses running throughout the Island. We recommend you to buy an “EC Bus-pass” so you can rides as much as you want, and get where you need to be at a cheap price.
