Introduction

Standup paddleboarding is a popular marine activity that involves riding a surfboard standing up and using an oar to maneuver. Sobama is a beautiful sand beach one kilometer long. Come enjoy the ocean at Sado.

Participation Fee	3,000 yen（620 yen for round-trip bus ride）
Requirements	Open to age 11 & older. Elementary school students must be accompanied by an adult.

Itinerary	9:40　Meet at Marine Plaza Ogi, registration 10:00　Board EC Special Bus bound for Sobama 10:15　Arrive at Sobama Beach, change clothes 10:30–12:00　Standup paddleboarding 12:00　Dismissal, free time, shower, changing 13:15　Board EC Special Bus bound for Ogi 13:30 Drop-off at Marine Plaza Ogi
Cooperation	TRIPLE UP SADO
What to bring（required）	Bathing suit, clothing to wear over bathing suit that can get wet, sandals（shoes that can get wet）, hat, towel, water or other beverage, change of clothes.
Notes	Instructions conducted in Japanese only. This activity will take place rain or shine; however, it may be canceled due to rough conditions at sea. Participants using their own cars or a rental car may meet the group directly on Sobama swimming beach after registering at Ogi Marine Plaza. You may go into the ocean; make sure to bring a bathing suit or clothing that can get wet. Sobama Swimming Beach is equipped with changing rooms and showers（100 yen per minute for hot water）. There are no coin lockers; participants are responsible for their own valuables.
