Shiroyama Concerts (Aug. 23 25)
Ticket sales start June 1 (Sat). Save 300 yen on each show by buying individual concert tickets in advance. There are also discounted 3-day and 2-day passes available. Student Youth Tickets are available for 3,500 yen to high-school and university students up to 24 years of age. Student Identification Cards (showing date of birth) are required to pick up the tickets. (Children ages 14 & under receive free admission. Elementary/junior high school students must have Complimentary Children’s Tickets to enter. )

Workshops (Aug. 23-25)

Second Intake: July 22 (Mon) Aug. 2 (Fri)
Workshops have fixed capacities and advance reservations are required. Please apply for workshops through the Kodo Ticket Service. The 2nd intake period will apply to workshops that still have space available after the 1st intake period, and spaces will be filled in the order in which applications are received.

Explore the Nature of Sado (Aug. 23-25)
Each course has a limited capacity. To apply for the courses, please use the online mail form at the link below, or send your application by fax or postal mail to NPO Shimamirai. If spaces are still available, you can apply for courses in person at the EC Info Centre (Marine Plaza Ogi) from 13:00 on August 22.

Right before EC, join us for EC Pre-Event: Sado Island Taiko Centre Week “Taiko Experience with Shinchan-Sensei.”
EC Pre-Event: Sado Takigi Noh Theatre (Aug. 21, 22)
Sado Takigi Noh Theatre are available in advance from the Sado Tourism Association and the Kodo Ticket Service.
Other Events
Many EC events offer free admission and don’t require tickets or reservations. These include events at the Fringe Stage, (a free venue where EC guests can share some of their own music, dance et al), and Special Fringe Performances by Kodo and invited guests. There will also be events following the Shiroyama Concerts such as “Ogi Okesa” held in the streets of Ogi on Saturday night. At Ogi Port Park, you can enjoy the always-popular Harbour Market along with the performances on the Fringe stage.
