Following confirmation of payment, tickets can be picked up at the reception counter, in Ogi or Sawata between Aug.26~28.

*Tickets for Takigi Noh can be picked up 30 minutes before the door opens at Aikawa Kasuga Shrine.

Cancellations and Waiting Lists

Under our company’s cancellation policy, cancellations will incur fees 20 days or less before the event.

Cancellations will be registered on the date of the phone call or receipt of email.

In the case that cancellation fees are incurred, the ticket buyer will share their bank account information with us. Refunds will be processed to the designated account, minus the cancellation fee.

Tickets that have already been received must be destroyed after cancellation.

To be placed on a waiting list for events that have reached capacity, please contact us by phone or email. We will notify you of any cancellations.
