Tickets for Kodo Village Concert, EC Theatre, Lecture & Demonstrations, Workshops, and Workshop Series are handled by Kodo Ticket Service. For those wishing to order tickets in English, please follow the procedures outlines below.

Secondary Ordering Period: July 18 (Mon) ~ Aug. 24 (Wed)
* Following the preliminary ordering period, any events with vacancies will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Please place orders through the order form. Applicants will be notified of lottery results (and events for which they may purchase tickets) by July 7 by email.
Upon receipt of the email, applicants must secure their tickets by purchasing them by credit card or PayPal by the appointed date.

Credit cards are accepted on the Ticket Reservation Site. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
Tickets for the Kodo Village Concert, EC Theatre, and Lecture & Demonstrations will be available for pick-up at the EC Information Centre. For Workshops and Workshop Series, participant names will be checked against a directory of ticket- applicants at the venue; there are no paper tickets for these events.

* The service number on your ticket is assigned to your purchase at the time of the receipt of your order; it does not correspond to the order in which tickets are picked up.
Due to preparations, tickets will not be sold on Aug. 25 (Thu).
If you fail to purchase your tickets by the appointed date, your order will automatically be cancelled. No changes or cancellations are accepted after purchase.
We do not have waiting lists for any events. If an applicant fails to purchase their ticket by the appointed date and their reservation becomes invalid, the ticket automatically registers on our Ticket Reservation Site and becomes available for sale. Ticket availability can be monitored on the Ticket Reservation Site or by contacting Kodo Ticket Service directly through email or phone.
